The Reverse Warrior Pose, Using A Foam Roller
To do the reverse warrior pose on a foam roller, begin by standing with your right foot forward and your left foot back. The roller should be in a horizontal position. Place your right foot on top of the roller, so that your toes are still pointing forward. Your left toes should be pointed to the left. Make sure that your abs are tight throughout this entire exercise. Place your left arm on your left calf and bend backward, curving your spine. Place your right arm straight up in the air by your right ear and look at the ceiling. Hold the pose for 20 seconds and then switch and repeat on the left leg.
