Standing Calf Stretch
Use this stretch to relax your calf muscles. Start by standing straight up with your abs tight. Bend at the knees to place your palms flat on the floor. Now walk your hands out in front of you to make a v shape from your feet to your hands. Press your right heel into the floor and point your left toes to the floor. Switch feet and press your left heel into the floor to stretch your calf. Hold each stretch for 30 seconds.

Knee to Your Chest Stretch
This type of stretch can help to loosen up your hips. Start by lying down on your back with your arms at your sides. Now use your abs to bring your right knee to your chest. Wrap both arms around your right shin and give your leg a slight squeeze. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds. Use your abs again to slowly lower your right leg to the floor. Lift the opposite leg to your chest and repeat the stretch.

The Knees to Your Chest Stretch
Here’s a type of stretch that will help your lower back. You can start by lying on your back with your knees bent. Now use your abs to bring your knees to your chest. Now wrap your arms around you legs and give them a slight squeeze. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds. Now use your abs to bend your knees and plant your feet on the floor again. You can repeat this stretch if necessary.
