Altered Push Up On the Foam Roller

To do a push up using a foam roller, begin by lying down on your belly, placing the tops of both of your feet on the roller.  Make sure that your abs and glutes are tight.  The roller should be perpendicular to your body.  Keep your legs straight.  Balance your torso by placing your hands and elbows on the floor.  Now press up with your arms until they are straight.  Your knees should be lifted off the ground and your body should be at a 45 degree angle with the floor.  Lower your body until it is about a foot from the floor and push up again.  Repeat the movement for 2 sets of 10.
